The Bulls Don’t Hurry: Bitcoin Fail to Harden Above $4,000
Despite slight signs of recovery on Monday morning, the sell-off on the cryptocurrency market continues. Bitcoin still cannot harden above $4,000.
Last weekend, another price crash hit the cryptocurrency market. On November 25, the BTC price reached one more low in 2018, and came close to $3,600, according to Coinmarketcap. The market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies at that time fell by more than $20 billion and reached $114.5 billion.
On Monday, the market began showing slight signs of recovery. In the morning, BTC grew to $4,115, and the total market capitalization exceeded $130 billion.
But the bulls lose smell by the evening. BTC price again fell below $4,000. At the time of publication, the price stood at $3,786, according to Coinmarketcap. The total market capitalization of cryptocurrency is right now $124 billion.
At the same time, all the top cryptocurrencies except for Bitcoin Cash are in the red zone. BCH managed to grow by 1.33% in the last 24 hours and reached $185. Bitcoin SV - cryptocurrency, which appeared as a result of BCH hard fork - also indicates steady growth. During the day, its price jumped by 11.91% and now stands at $111, according to Coinmarketcap.
